Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU informs that the third and final joint IMPETUS call for Citizen Science projects is open on 7 January 2025. This call is part of the WIDERA IMPETUS project funded by the Horizon Europe Programme. The aim of the call is to celebrate and support exceptional Citizen Science initiatives across the European Union through two opportunities:

  • the IMPETUS Accelerator Programme
  • the European Union Prize for Citizen Science.
  1. The IMPETUS Accelerator Programme. The programme is launched for bold, sustaining innovative projects that focus on circular communities and a fair & just society. Selected projects will receive funding to bring the ideas to life; expert mentoring to refine and grow the projects; tailored support to maximise the impacts.

The deadline date is 13 March, 2025, 23:59 CET.

  1. The EU Prize for Citizen Science – recognises outstanding Citizen Science initiatives. The EU Prize for Citizen Science consists of € 60,000 Grand Prize; € 20,000 Diversity & Collaboration award; € 20,000 Digital Communities award; plus, 27 honorary mentions.

The deadline date is 10 March, 2025, 23:59 CET.
