LUKE is an initiative of several EU Member States and countries associated to Horizon Europe. The project brings together expertise of 26 organizations from 15 countries – Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Key objectives are to:

• implement a joint call and fund transnational research and innovation projects with Ukrainian participation and
• enhance Ukraine’s R&I capacities.
