On April 30, Maksym Kolisnyk, Leading Officer of the Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, took part in the Kyiv Region Community Forum 2025. The event brought together communities, entrepreneurs, international partners, representatives of the government and the expert community around a common goal: to join efforts and create conditions for sustainable development of the region and attract investment in the current situation. Maksym presented the EU Framework Programme Horizon Europe and the opportunities that are open to potential participants among the communities of the Kyiv region within the framework of the Programme.
