Information Days of the EC dedicated to the calls under Cluster 3 “Civil Security for Society” in 2025
On 11-12 June 2025, the European Commission held Information Days dedicated to this year’s calls under Cluster 3 “Civil Security for Society” of the 2023-2025 Work Programme. The event aimed to inform a wide audience – research organisations, infrastructure managers, universities, businesses and other stakeholders – about the funding opportunities available in 2025 under the Cluster 3.
In total, 19 calls have already been opened for a total of €156 million for about 45 projects. Information about them is available on the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.

Please note that There are also two calls for submissions that require the involvement of Ukrainian participants:
- Humanitarian demining / Unexploded Ordnance Disposal (UXO) of civil areas and unexploded ordnance risk education (HORIZON-CL3-2025-01-FCT-04)
- Advancing autonomous systems and robotics for high-risk disaster response, strengthening disaster resilience in conflict-afflicted crisis zones (HORIZON-CL3-2025-01-DRS-04).
