NCP’s training event dedicated to Horizon Europe calls held in Chernivtsi with participation of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU
On 23 June, Chernivtsi National University named after Yuri Fedkovych hosted a training event Horizon Europe Programme Calls and Opportunities for Ukrainian Institutions and Organisations. The event was jointly organised by the National Contact Points of the Programme in the areas of Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society and the New European Bauhaus Initiative, with information support from the Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU.
The event opened by Yurii Khalavka, Vice-Rector for Scientific Work at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. Igor Taranov, Head of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, National Research Foundation of Ukraine, also welcomed the participants. In his greeting speech, the Head of the Office noted that the EU Framework Programme Horizon Europe is the largest in terms of funding and number of calls among all 42 European Union programmes aimed at supporting various fields and areas.

✓ Horizon Europe calls and opportunities for projects in the field of democratic, cultural and economic innovation
✓ Grant opportunities for researchers, communities and businesses in the context of the New European Bauhaus.
It should be noted that specialists of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine regularly participate as coorganisers and speakers in events dedicated to the opportunities provided by the Horizon Europe Programme, which are held by Ukrainian National Contact Points with the aim of raising awareness among potential applicants and those who are already participating in the Programme.
