Partners search for participation in calls within Horizon Europe Cluster 3

The French company LeoBlue is seeking European partners – research institutions, end-users, private companies, and public authorities – to collaborate on the development of an innovative alert system, “Universal Resilient Alert Messaging via Bluetooth Satellite”.

The project aims to enhance civil security and population resilience by improving communication before and after natural or industrial disasters. The LeoBlue system leverages Bluetooth satellite technology to provide reliable alert messaging even when traditional networks are unavailable.

In the 2025 Horizon Europe calls, the company is particularly interested in: Open topic for improved preparedness for, response to and recovery from large-scale disruptions of critical infrastructures HORIZON-CL3-2025-01-INFRA-01, but remains open to discussing other related opportunities for collaboration.

Although LeoBlue has not previously participated in EU-funded projects, the team has extensive experience in developing and managing European initiatives, with more than 20 projects in their professional portfolio.
