On June 11, consultation for the WINWIN EdTech Center of Excellence, including partnership manager Svitlana Bakhshalieva was held. The Center’s team intends to participate in Horizon Europe and has turned to the employees of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU, for help on certain aspects of participation in it.

Thus, the questioner and her colleagues consider the possibility of joining the consortium within the Cluster 2 Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society call: HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-04The impact of the use of digital tools outside school and for communication on educational opportunities and mental health.

In the process of preparation, the team, among other things, had questions about creating a strong competitive consortium for the call. In particular, they were interested in the parts of the consortium, the search and geography of partners, as well as coordination issues.

Specialists of the Office, namely: Deputy Head of the Department Nataliia Didenko and Leading Officer Oleksandr Moiseiev, provided detailed answers to all raised questions and offered to conduct additional consultations in case of such a need for the questioner and her team.
