Estonian Academy of Security Sciences (EASS) is looking for partners for Horizon Europe Cluster 3 “Civil Security for Society” calls

The Estonian Academy of Security Sciences (EASS) is seeking partners to join consortia for upcoming Horizon Europe calls under Cluster 3 – Civil Security for Society.

EASS offers:

• Expertise in applied security research
• Access to educational and training infrastructures
• Facilities for piloting, demonstrations, testing, validation, and experimentation activities

EASS is interested in participating in projects under the following topics:

🔹 HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-DRS-01 – Developing new approaches to improve risk awareness and strengthen disaster preparedness.
🔹 HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-INFRA-03 – Targeted innovative capabilities to enhance the resilience of critical infrastructures against natural and human-made disasters, including hybrid scenarios.
🔹 HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-DRS-02 – Multi-hazard approaches addressing cumulative and cascading effects.
🔹 HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-FCT-02 – Preventing and countering the criminal misuse of emerging technologies, including issues related to lawful access to data.
🔹 HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-SSRI-01 – Supporting breakthrough technological innovation in the field of civil security.
