On October 9, the team of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU held a working meeting with representatives of the National Center for Research and Development (Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju, NCBR) of Poland on Ukraine’s participation in one of Horizon Europe projects. It was a project on financial support to third parties under NCP_WIDERA.NET, which the Polish side, together with the European Commission, intends to extend, and therefore sees great opportunities for the Ukrainian side to participate in it.

Katarzyna Buszkiewicz, expert of the WIDERA, Horizon Europe and coordinator of the NCP_WIDERA.NET project, and Karina Barantseva, chief specialist of the Polish NCP WIDERA, discussed the opportunities and conditions for Ukrainian representatives in the Polish network project “Financial Support to Third Parties” of the NCP_WIDERA.NET project. Participation in the project includes funding for such important activities as organising infodays, trips to brokerage meetings, pre-screening of the projects, etc.

The parties agreed on further cooperation, quick exchange of information, selection of potential applicants and active assistance in resolving issues that will arise during the process of their joint work.
