FREE EXPERT PROPOSAL CHECK FOR HORIZON EUROPE CLUSTER 3: REGISTER BY 5 OCTOBER
SEREN6, the network of Cluster 3 National Contact Points, invites applicants preparing proposals for the 2026 Horizon Europe Cluster 3 “Civil Security for Society” calls to take part in its Full Proposal Check. The consultations will be held online on 19–23 October 2026.
The Proposal Check is a valuable opportunity to improve the quality and competitiveness of your proposal. Feedback will be provided by experienced Horizon Europe evaluators officially appointed by the European Commission. Their detailed and constructive comments will help you refine your application and significantly strengthen your chances of securing funding. The service is free of charge.
How it works
Each consultation is tailored to the individual applicant and takes the form of a dedicated online session lasting up to two hours. After a brief pitch by the applicant, the evaluators will give feedback on all sections of Part B of the proposal: Excellence, Impact and Implementation. All information shared during the session will remain confidential.
Who can apply
The service is intended for applicants who plan to submit proposals to the 2026 Cluster 3 calls. (The submission deadline for these calls is 5 November 2026).
How to apply
Participation involves two mandatory steps:
- Complete the registration form by 5 October.
- Submit an advanced draft of your proposal (Part B) for your chosen Cluster 3 topic by 12:00 CET on 7 October. Once you have registered, the organisers will contact you by email and ask you to send the draft. Participation is not possible without it.
Selection
A maximum of 10 proposals will be selected for review. The main selection criterion is the completeness of Part B, so please make sure all sections are as complete as possible. Selected applicants will be notified by 12 October.
The proposal checks will take place during the week of 19–23 October. Each proposal will be allocated a two-hour slot, so the organisers recommend keeping that week free in your diary.
