Opportunities for Ukrainian researchers within the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships
➤ The University of Latvia invites interested persons to submit one proposal for two funding calls (MSCA and ERA) to secure a postdoctoral fellowship.
Participants of the new excellenceship programme will get support:
- by seven tenure professors from different research domains;
- in the step-by-step MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships writing process with our specialists;
- via feedback on your proposal from the Latvian NCP;
- by attending our Summer School (or getting its full set of materials).
Requirements:
- a PhD and a matching background in the corresponding fields;
- proficiency in English;
- motivation to write the MSCA proposal.

➤ The University of Groningen (The Netherlands) is searching for a postdoctoral researcher to apply for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship.
This fellowship offers the opportunity to develop your own independent research project within a growing and innovative research line on housing, human rights, and urban governance, in a collaborative and internationally oriented environment. The appreciated theme is Governing Housing: Urban Development, Land Use Regulation, and Social Exclusion in a Human Rights Perspective.
They are looking for a candidate who:
- holds a PhD in law or a closely related discipline;
- has a maximum of eight years’ experience in research, from the date of their awarded PhD degree (Marie Curie eligibility criteria);
- has not resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the Netherlands for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the call deadline (Marie Curie eligibility criteria);
- has a strong interest in housing law, human rights, planning law, or urban governance;
- has experience with legal research methods (comparative, doctrinal, or empirical);
- is proficient in spoken and written English;
- enjoys working both independently and collaboratively;
- is willing to move to Groningen, the Netherlands.
