On November 14, 2024, the Sixth International Culture Grants Fair was held in Kyiv. The event brought together representatives of the cultural sector and grantmakers who provide financial support for the implementation of projects in this area. It is a platform for communication, exchange of ideas, visions, and cooperation. The fair includes presentations of programmes focused on the cultural and creative sectors, grant support opportunities, information sessions, and discussions of the latest trends in the creative industry.

During the event, the major international and national programmes, along with grants supporting the cultural sector, were presented. In particular, representatives of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine welcomed the participants, highlighting the importance of these funding opportunities for the cultural and creative industries.

Representatives of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, part of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine (NRFU), also attended the event, presenting the opportunities available through the Horizon Europe Programme, with a specific emphasis on Cluster 2: “Culture, Creativity, and Inclusive Society” under Pillar II, “Global Challenges and European Industrial Competitiveness”. Yuliia Reminska, Office’s Leading Officer, delivered a presentation titled “The Impact of European Culture and Values on the Sustainable Development of Society within the Horizon Europe Programme: Cluster 2 Tasks in Promoting Economic, Social, and Cultural Innovation”.
