Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine informs that on April 14, 2026, within the framework of collaboration between Ukraine and the Baltic States, an online networking event will be held dedicated to finding partners under Horizon Europe Cluster 3 “Civil Security for Society”. The main goal of the event is to promote the creation of strong international consortia for submitting competitive project applications.

The event will bring together scientists and experts from Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Participants will have the opportunity to present their ideas, demonstrate their professional expertise, organisation profile, key competencies, previous projects, and find fellow enthusiasts for the implementation of joint security initiatives at the European level.

During the pitching session, which will be held as part of the event, participants will have the opportunity to give a brief presentation of themselves and their organisation. They should prepare a short presentation (up to 3 minutes) with the information about Cluster 3 calls they’re planning to participate in.

In addition, participants will learn about Ukraine’s participation and current priorities, as well as hear success stories directly from applicants who have received grants under this Cluster.

Please note that to participate in the pitching session, you must complete the Registration Form. Three participants from Ukraine will be selected.

When registering, you must indicate in English:

  • the topics you are interested in;
  • whether you want to present your organisation and expertise.

Important! Applications for presenting an organisation are accepted until 11 March 2026.

Co-organisers of the collaboration event:

  • Latvian Council of Science
  • Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU
  • The Lithuanian Research Liaison Office in Brussels (LINO) under the Research Council of Lithuania
  • Estonian Research Council (ETAG).
