On the second day, the Office’s experts joined the training “Horizontal Issues and Services for Stakeholders in Cluster 3”. The participants received valuable information and practical experience. In addition, participation in the practical part provided insight into some of the issues that applicants most often face when writing applications for Cluster 3 calls for proposals.
