Specialists of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU continue to participate in information events of the National Contact Points
On November 29, 2024, a webinar «Prospects for Ukrainian academic and non-academic institutions to participate in the Horizon Europe Programme calls in the area of Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society» was held. The event was held at the Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, where the National Contact Point for Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society had started its work. The specialists of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU also joined the online meeting.
The event was opened by Iryna Horokholinska, Doctor of Philosophy, Head of the NCP in the relevant area of the Programme. She spoke about the significant opportunities offered to Ukrainian organisations by the Horizon Europe Framework Programme. Thus, the participants of the event were presented with the Programme as a unique platform for developing international cooperation, promoting advanced research and innovation in key areas that are critical for Ukraine’s sustainable development.
Yuliia Reminska, Leading Officer of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU, PhD in Law, along with a brief presentation of the Office’s activities, presented the statistical and analytical data based on the analysis of relevant materials on participation in calls for the project period 2023-2024.
Alyona Tychinina, PhD in Philology, Senior Specialist at HE NCP in the area of Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society, spoke in detail about the current calls under this Programme component, in particular the Cultural Heritage Cloud, a pioneering initiative aimed at preserving and expanding access to Europe’s rich cultural heritage through innovative digital solutions.
The event brought together researchers, innovators, and representatives of the cultural area to learn how the priorities of Horizon Europe Cluster 2: Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society are shaping the future of Europe and other countries.
