Specialists of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU held an online consultation for representatives of Institute for Safety Problems of Nuclear Power Plants
On October 8, a regular online consultation for potential Horizon Europe applicants was held. Specialists of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU provided consultations for representatives of Institute for Safety Problems of Nuclear Power Plants, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine who intended to participate in one of the Programme’s projects under the Cluster 3 “Civilian Security for Society” of Pillar II “Global Challenges and Competitiveness”.
In particular, the inquirers were interested in certain organisational aspects of participation in the call dedicated to cost-effective sustainable technologies and crisis management strategies for large-scale protection of population and infrastructures after a nuclear blast or nuclear facility incident. Financial issues were also raised, among other things.
The Head of the Department “Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine”, NRFU Igor Taranov welcomed potential applicants, spoke about the work of the department and introduced the staff responsible for this area. Deputy Head of the Department Natalia Didenko and Leading Officer Nadiya Naumova provided detailed answers. In addition, the Office specialists answered all additional questions that the participants had during the consultation.
