The first online consultation for participants of the Horizon Europe Programme in 2025 took place

On 22 January, specialists of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU held the first online consultation in 2025. Among the applicants who had applied for advice on how to participate in the Horizon Europe Programme was Yana Boytsova, co-founder of the NGO Pixelated Realities. The heads of the National Contact Points for the Legal and Financial Aspects and the European Research Council were also involved in the consultations.

The public association is a participant of the Programme and is implementing the project HORIZON-INFRA-2024-TECH-01-04 within it. The applicant was interested in information on certain aspects of the project implementation. In particular, the questions were on the registration process and peculiarities of project design, certain aspects of financing and reporting in terms of Lump sum.

Among other things, the issue of implementing and disseminating project results was also highlighted for further use. In addition, the experience of other NGOs that had already participated in and implemented projects under the Horizon Europe Programme was considered.

During the conversation with the Office’s experts, the representative of the NGO had many additional questions, to which she received thorough answers.
