On January 14, 2026, the online matchmaking event Joining forces for nature restoration, biodiversity and oceans: Horizon Europe Cluster 6 opportunities is planned. This event is designed to help participants build strong partnerships and form competitive consortia for the upcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 6 call topics.

Researchers and stakeholders from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Ukraine, Finland, and Canada will come together to explore collaboration opportunities. The participants will have the chance to meet potential partners virtually, pitch their ideas, and connect with organisations working on similar themes.

This is a great opportunity to present your expertise, exchange ideas, and kick-start meaningful cooperation for successful Horizon Europe proposals.

What to Expect?

  • Introductory presentations: on policy priorities from the European Commission and get guidance from National Contact Points (NCPs) on the 2026 Cluster 6 Work Programme calls.
  • Pitching session: where participants will be able to present short information about themselves and their organisation (up to 3 minutes) in the breakout rooms using a provided template to showcase their research expertise, project concepts, or potential contributions to Horizon Europe proposals.
