Partners search for participation in the call within Horizon Europe Cluster 5

A mature consortium that is writing a proposal for Horizon Europe Cluster 5 “Climate, Energy and Mobility” HORIZON-CL5-2026-02-D4-03: Innovative pathways for low carbon and climate resilient building stock and built environment (Built4People Partnership), is looking for additional partners to strengthen the consortium.

The total budget of the call is € 15,000,000.00. Opening date: September 16, 2025. Deadline date: February 17, 2026.

EU and associated countries continue to develop innovative building solutions that support the decarbonisation and climate resilience of buildings and the built environment, addressing energy performance, circularity, sustainability, resource efficiency, climate resilience, safety, durability and adaptability of the building stock, and whole life carbon emissions.

A key challenge remains the accelerated uptake of such solutions in building and renovation projects.
