Registration for the Horizon Europe Proposal Writing Camp for Ukraine is open
For the attention of Ukrainian researchers and innovators interested in EU Framework Programme Horizon Europe!
On July 27, 28, and 31 the Horizon Europe Proposal Writing Camp for Ukrainian stakeholders will be held to develop the skills in drafting a successful proposal.
The 3-day event will focus on collaborative research project proposals to be submitted under the Horizon Europe Work Programmes 2026-2027, Pillar 2, but will also cover other funding instruments such as Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA).
The European Commission’s experts will support researchers and innovators from Ukraine with solid project ideas. Participants will receive training in writing high-quality, competitive HE proposals, thereby facilitating their integration into EU research and innovation networks.
During the training participants will learn more about:
- available opportunities
- decoding call texts
- structuring and writing a proposal
- preparing work packages and budget
- managing Horizon Europe grant.
Spaces are limited, and attendees will be selected after the registration deadline. Experienced and young researchers (including PhD candidates), as well as innovation stakeholders and National Contact Points, are encouraged to take part in the training.
The event will be virtual, the language of the event is English.
Please note that in addition to the 3-day Camp, individual Expert Consultations are available and can be booked here. These consultations are designed for individual applicants targeting a specific call or topic within Horizon Europe (Work Programmes 2026-2027) and will provide them with personalised assistance.
