RIFF Thematic Summits announcement
Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU, informs about two upcoming RIFF Thematic Summits that will serve as a bridge between the EU and Ukrainian RI communities across key ESFRI domains.
The events will take place in Krakow, Poland and Brno, Czechia.

The applications for the upcoming Thematic Summits in Kraków and Brno are now open. But please note that the application period is relatively short. The deadline is set for 4 March 2026.
There will be a 2-stage registration process (Stage 1 will focus on the selection of participants based on CVs, Motivation Letters, and Letters of Support from employers. Stage 2 will focus mainly on logistics).
Ukrainian nationals affiliated with Ukrainian institutions are eligible for full travel and accommodation support through the RIFF project.
Participants representing the EU RIs should not be registering through the registration form on the RIFF website. That form is solely for Ukrainian participants.
