Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU continues to release feedback from European participating countries on the proposal for the Horizon Europe Framework Programme for the period 2028-2034 (FP10), including the Specific Programme, published by the European Commission in July 2025.

The Alliance of German Science Organisations has prepared its position on the proposed EC changes and changes in the future FP10 and published it yesterday, September 22, 2025.

In particular, the Alliance welcomes the proposal of the EC for a standalone EU FP10. In an era defined by rapid technological advancements and global challenges, Research and Innovation (R&I) are indispensable for securing Europe’s long-term competitiveness and resilience.
