The European Commission published in July 2025 its proposal for the Horizon Europe Framework Programme for the period 2028–2034 (FP10), including the Specific Programme. The Czech National Contact Points (NCPs) from the TC Prague have prepared a comprehensive reflection on the proposal on the proposal, drawing on their expertise and day-to-day experience with the implementation of the current Horizon Europe.

The document highlights both continuity and the key changes that FP10 brings compared to the current Horizon Europe programme. It covers, among others, the budget, financial and legal rules, individual pillars, the role of Widening, Missions, Partnerships, and the link to the Competitiveness Fund.
