Partners search for participation in the Horizon Europe Cluster 3 calls
Two European NGOs are searching for partners to jointly participate in the Horizon Europe Cluster 3 Civil Security for Society FCT calls.
The Slovakian Red Cross is looking for partnership opportunities in the following call:
- HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-FCT-03 – Missing persons: prevention and investigation.
As a partner they offer demonstration, dissemination, and training activities. The added value to consortia of the organisation is tracing missing persons in the broader sense which is one of the core activities of the Slovak Red Cross, providing specialised expertise, established methodologies, and cooperation mechanisms across national borders. Access to the International Red Cross network and its accumulated experience could contribute valuable knowledge, operational insights, and opportunities for cross-border cooperation to the project.

The De Huizen (Belgium) is looking for partners to join the consortium in the call:
- HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-FCT-04 – Crime prevention approaches, online and off-line, tackling the nexus between addictions and crime.
Belgian non-profit civil society and networking organisation advocates for a different approach to detention: small-scale, differentiated, connected to society, and focused on rehabilitation and reintegration. Their fields of activity are: detention reform and differentiated detention; drug related challenges and addiction in detention; cooperation with specialised addiction treatment services; reintegration and prevention of reoffending; connecting policy and practice; European knowledge exchange.
