Partners search for participation in the Horizon Europe Cluster 3 calls

Belgium SME Konligo, that specialised in foldable structures, is looking to join a consortium on Horizon Europe Cluster 3 DRS calls.

• HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-DRS-03 – Development of innovative tools, processes, equipment and technologies through responses to disasters and emergencies for search and rescue in hazardous conditions.

Role: SME technology partner for the development of rapidly deployable shelters and field infrastructure for rescue teams: command posts, shelters for victims and responders, triage or decontamination areas.

Activities: design and adaptation of our structures to first responders’ needs, prototyping, field testing with end users, and preparation for market uptake.

• HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-DRS-04 – Open topic on driving innovation uptake of disaster risk solutions.

Role: SME technology partner for the rapid deployment of temporary infrastructure in crisis situations (natural disasters, floods, reception of displaced people). Their structures can serve as shelters, distribution points, medical posts or coordination centres, with very fast setup and light logistics.

Activities: adaptation of our products to crisis scenarios, field demonstration and validation, and feedback loops with end users.

Konligo is a SME that designs and manufactures deployable structures based on scissor mechanisms. The company’s structures are produced in Belgium from 70 to 80% recycled aluminium. They deploy in minutes, often by a single person, and fold into a very compact transport volume. Today they are mainly used in the events sector (stage roofs, tents, walls), but the technology transfers directly to emergency shelters and field infrastructure.
