Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine launches online counseling for participants of the Horizon Europe Programme
On February 28, the specialists of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine held a consultation meeting with Yuliia Bohoyavlenska, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Digital Economy at the State University “Zhytomyr Polytechnic”, Head of the Fundraising Office and Coordinator of the WIDERA Project of the Horizon Europe Framework Programme.
The event of this format was held for the first time. It was also attended by other university representatives involved in international scientific activities. They were interested in the peculiarities of organizing work within Horizon Europe. In particular, they raised issues related to the financial calculation of the participants’ activities. In addition, the possibility of men crossing the border to participate in the events within the Programme.
The experts of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine provided comprehensive and qualified answers and advice. The parties agreed on further cooperation.
Widening participation and strengthening the European research area (WIDERA) is the fourth ‘transversal’ element of Horizon Europe. The aim of WIDERA is to reduce the existing difference between R&I leading and lagging countries so that the EU can progress as a whole.
