Working meetings with representatives of the Programme Committees of the Horizon Europe Programme continue

Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine continues to hold working meetings with representatives of the Programme Committees responsible for monitoring the implementation of the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation Horizon Europe. On March 5, the Office’s experts held an online meeting with members of the European Research Council Committee.

Igor Taranov, the Head of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, who is also responsible for the European Research Council Programme component within the Pillar I Excellent Science, noted that the purpose of such events is to establish uninterrupted communication between all participants in the process. He also reminded that soon the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine will nominate National Contact Points which will work closely with representatives of the Programme Committees and the Office team.

In addition, the Head of the Office emphasised that it is necessary to develop a common state position, agreed with the MoESU, to represent Ukraine at international events organised by the European Commission.

The participants shared their previous knowledge of the process and expressed their vision of improving the activities and establishing effective work.
