Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU publishes statistics on the participation of Ukrainian organizations in the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation Horizon Europe as of July 29, 2024, and the previous Programme Horizon 2020. The data are presented in terms of the number of participants and successfully submitted applications, as well as a comparative analysis of funding according to the CORDIS portal.

On July 24, a representative of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU took part in the forum: Energy Security: Public-Private Partnership. On July 19, the specialists of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU held another online meeting with foreign partners. This time with the founder and CEO of Blue Door Consulting (Brussels, Belgium). Balazs Kos intends to engage Ukrainian researchers and innovators in cooperation with relevant companies and the EU government. On July 18, the team of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU held an online meeting with representatives of the National Center for Nuclear Research (Narodowe Centrum Badań Jądrowych, NCBJ) and the National Center for Research and Development (Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju, NCBR) of the Republic of Poland. Specialists of HEOinUA joined the German-Ukrainian Workshop on Best Practice in Research and Development Funding
On July 16, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research of Germany (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, BMBF) together with the National Research Foundation of Ukraine held an online event dedicated to the best research and development funding practices. Employees of the department Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU took part in the joint event. The workshop was organized to expand the boundaries of cooperation, exchange of experience and knowledge in order to improve activities in the area of grant support for scientists, researchers and innovators of both countries.(more…)
A special call for Ukraine for 5 million EUR under the EU’s Creative Europe Programme in 2025 has been announced
On July 9, a meeting of the committee of the EU’s Creative Europe Programme took place in Brussels. During the meeting, it was announced that Ukraine would receive an additional targeted €5 million in 2025 as part of a special call “Support to Ukrainian displaced people and the Ukrainian Cultural and Creative Sectors”.(more…)
