Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, NRFU continues to release feedback from the representatives of European participating countries on the proposals for the Horizon Europe Framework Programme for the period 2028-2034 (FP10), including the Specific Programme, a regulation establishing the European Competitiveness Fund, published by the European Commission on July 16, 2025.
The German Research Foundation (DFG) representing the voice of researchers, universities and independent research institutions in Germany prepared their comments on the proposals in the position paper to contribute actively to shaping a strong and robust FP10 that drives Europe’s competitiveness on the global stage while fostering the foundations of excellent research.
Department “Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine”, NRFU continues to advise the research community of Ukraine. Thus, on January 19, 2026, representatives of the Office conducted a consultation on the possibilities of the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation Horizon Europe with Volodymyr Dzhagan, Deputy Scientific Director of the V. In continuation of the information on the future events of the EC dedicated to the Cluster 4 «Digital, industry and space» under the Horizon Europe Programme, which we reported on the day before, we inform about the open calls for this Cluster.
