On March 18, a conference on cooperation aimed at supporting Ukrainian researchers: “International Research Cooperation – With Ukraine and for Ukraine” was held. The event was organised and hosted by the Estonian Research Council (ETAG) in cooperation with the National Research Foundation of Ukraine (NRFU) and with the support of the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV). French company Erdyn which specialises in innovation consulting, from strategy design through to operational implementation and assessment, is currently working on an European Defence Fund project proposal for 2026. This information day aims to inform (potential) applicants about the 2026 topics included in the Cluster 2 ‘Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society’ work programme 2026-2027.

Additionally, the Net4SocietyHE project is organising a Cluster 2 Brokerage Event on 1-2 June 2026 in Paris, France. This on-site only event will include an information session, pitch presentations of consortia in preparation, as well as the opportunity for bilateral meetings with partners interested in the same topics for the 2026 calls.
