Організація розглядає будь-яких учасників, якщо їхня діяльність є в межах зазначених конкурсів. Було б корисно знати, в якій ролі вони можуть брати участь і робити свій внесок. Перевагою буде досвід участі у Програмі «Горизонт Європа».
